The panelists were three guest speakers, specialized in their respective fields. The panel was open to all the University personnel and students.
Under the moderation of Dr. Özgür Balkılıç of the AGU Department of Sociology, Damla Büyüktaşkın of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Dr. Hale Demirtepe of the İzmir High Technology Institute (İYTE) Department of Environmental Engineering, and Ezgi Gedik Güneş of Eskişehir Tepebaşı Municipality exchanged views on sustainability.
During the panel, the concept of sustainability, environment, management of migration, international organizations and their functions from the perspective of sustainability, and local governments, among other topics, were discussed.
The panel ended after the panelists took questions from the participants.
