Flipped Learning Training for Academics

Abdullah Gül University (AGU) held the fifth workshop of "Sharing Best Practices" which is designed to help academics and their assistants to develop practical teaching techniques and to contribute to their academic lives.

Dinçer Özoran, education technologies coordinator at MEF University, gave the seminar and workshop about “Flipped Learning."

At the workshop, questions of "Why Flipped Learning?", "Why Now?", and "Why Flipped Learning makes sense within current knowledge ecosystem?" were discussed. Basic principles and role of flipped learning in active learning were discussed with participants.

The last workshop of the "Sharing Best Practices," organized by Dr. Elif Bengü, Director of the Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching at AGU, is entitled "Academic Research: How to Start" and will be given by Assoc. Prof. Evren Mutlugün, Dean of the School of Engineering, on Thursday, April 12, 2018.
