Thanks to an EU project by the Abdullah Gül University (AGU) Computer Engineering, master's and doctoral students will conduct joint research and development projects and work on theses together with firms and academics from different countries and active in digital technology through an innovative project-based education method.
The research and development project entitled “Improving Employability through Internationalization and Collaboration”, which will be carried out by 8 European Union member countries and includes Asst. Prof. M. Şükrü Kuran, faculty member at the Computer Engineering at the AGU School of Engineering, has been approved by the EU ERASMUS+ Programme.
Within the project, students of master's and doctoral degrees will carry out joint research and development projects and work on theses together with firms and academics from different countries and active in digital technology through an innovative project-based education method.
The project will continue for a period of 3 years, the aim of which is for students to experience different cultures and working environments during their education by working with firms and academics stationed in various countries
Under the coordination of Aalborg University in Denmark, the project team is composed of Abdullah Gül University (Turkey), Hamburg-Harburg Technical University (Germany), Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain), UTP University of Science and Technology (Poland), University of Stavanger (Norway), Riga Technical University (Latvia) and Saxion University of Applied Sciences (The Netherlands).
