"The Women's Academy Training Program" was held on the Sümer Campus jointly by TEB Women's Academy and TOBB Women Entrepreneurship Council of Kayseri in cooperation with the Abdullah Gül University Technology Transfer Office (AGU TTO).

Women employers and entrepreneurs in Kayseri joined the training program organized within the scope of TEB Women Banking in order to help women entrepreneurs to reach information for enlarging their business, and new markets and to give them the kind of support they would need in business life.

Merve Sarıoğlu, TOBB Women Entrepreneurship Council Chair of Kayseri, gave the opening speech of the program and said, they were working to make women more visible in commerce and form the entrepreneurial culture in Kayseri including women.

Drawing attention to the problems of companies, she added: "Cash flow management is a serious problem at women's companies. The real issue is not with opening a company but especially with continuing it."

Celal Hasnalçacı, Vice Chairman of Kayseri Chamber of Commerce Board, stressed that it was difficult to be a female entrepreneur and that's why TEB Women's Academy was a very important project.

Hasnalçacı gave advice to women regarding business life and added: "You should know financial management and follow up financial flow daily."

The training program continued with the presentation of Ayşegül Akşak, Business Coach at ActionCOACH , entitled "Tips for Managing Your Cash Flow Well."Akşak mentioned financial management mistakes done by companies.

The program ended with the Question and Answer session.
