Prof. Cengiz Yılmaz received his certificate of appointment after being appointed rector of Abdullah Gül University (AGU) by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. CoHE President Prof. M. A. Yekta Saraç presented Rector Prof. Yılmaz his certificate of appointment at the headquarter of CoHE.
