Dear Students,
The dormitory applications for the 2025–2026 Academic Year will begin on September 3, 2025, and will end on September 7, 2025, at 23:59 p.m. Applications submitted outside the specified dates will not be considered, and no extension of the deadline will be granted.
Eligible Applicants:
- Students who are currently registered in our dormitories, including scholarship holders and international students,
- Students who have been awarded a dormitory scholarship based on the 2025 YKS placement results,
- Students who wish to reside in our dormitories on a paid basis, limited to the 2025–2026 academic year,
- Students whose place of residence is outside the central districts of Kayseri (Melikgazi, Kocasinan, Hacılar, and Talas).
Dormitory and Deposit Fees for the 2025–2026 Academic Year
- Monthly Dormitory Fee for Paying Students: 5,400 TL
- Contribution Fee for Scholarship Students: 1,750 TL
- Deposit Fee: 5,900 TL
Note: The above-mentioned dormitory fees may be revised by the Administrative Board during the academic year.
