Dear Students,
Dormitory applications for the 2023-2024 academic year will be between September 2-5, 2023, 12am. Applications after this date will not be evaluated and there will be no extension.
Eligible students for the dorm application:
1. Scholarship and foreign students already registered in our dormitories,
2. Students who are eligible for dorm scholarships based on 2023 YKS results,
3. Students who want to stay in our dormitories in paid status, provided that it is limited to the 2023-2024 academic year,
4. Students whose family’s official residence is in Kayseri, except for Melikgazi, Kocasinan, Hacılar and Talas.
5. Students with health excuses
Dormitory and Deposit Fees for 2023-2024 Academic Year
Monthly Dormitory Fee for Paid Status: 1900 TL
Contribution Fee for Students with Scholarship: 750 TL
Deposit Fee: 2000 TL
Note: The dormitory fees mentioned above may be re-determined by the Board of Directors during the academic year.
