Assoc. Prof. Çağrı Güngör, faculty member at AGU, has been deemed worthy of the 2017 award of "Science Academy's Young Scientist Awards Program" (BAGEP), organized to support outstanding young scientists.
The 2017 BAGEP awards, which are presented to encourage young scientists to conduct scientific work by Science Academy, a non-governmental organization adopting principles of scientific freedom and honesty, have been announced.
Science Academy members considered 42 academic researchers worthy of awarding among 278 qualified applications from various fields.
Assoc. Prof. Çağrı Güngör, department head at the AGU Computer Engineering, has been included among academic researchers who will receive awards.
Assoc. Prof. Güngör's award will be presented in a ceremony on April 27.
